Director of the Little School

Status: Full-Time (12 Months)

Compensation: $47,500-55,000/year (dependent upon experience)   

Summary: The Little School at Zachary United Methodist Church is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Director to lead a thriving early childhood program rooted in Christian values, excellence in care, and strong relationships with families.

We are looking for a leader who is both strategic and relational—someone who can develop staff, ensure operational excellence, and cultivate a joyful, Christian environment where children and families flourish.
