Notification of spot availability: Upon acceptance you will receive a ProCare invitation (via email) in order to hold your spot the Registration fee must be paid ($50). All parents should receive this invitation no later than May 23rd. |

Summer is here! We would like to welcome you to The Little School’s first ever summer camp and provide you with some important information that will help make this program a success. DAILY ITEMS TO BRING:
a packed lunch, individual snack, change of clothes, sufficient diapers and wipes for the day, and a reusable cup/bottle , a bag for your child’s belongings. Please be sure to label all your child’s belongings so we can make sure items are returned home each day.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:
Please leave money, electronic devices and personal toys at home! We will not be responsible for lost or misplaced items.
OPENING DAY:
On the first day of each session (Monday), there will be a table set up at the entrance of the school, you will be required to sign your child in and review and sign the printed registration form. These forms and signatures must be completed before your camper is able to be dropped off.
DROP OFF/PICK UP:
Please drop your camper off at the front entrance of The Little School, which is located under the overhang of the circle drive at the glass double doors. The summer camp staff will be there to greet you and your camper each morning and help you get checked in. All children must be signed in by a parent/guardian listed on your child’s pickup/ drop off list. Please do not drop off or pick up your child without locating appropriate staff!
After 9:15, organized camp activities start. Late drop offs will be received at the front door as soon as a staff member is available. If the office is unattended upon arrival, parents or guardians must wait with their camper until a staff member arrives.
Morning drop off: 9:00am -9:15 am Afternoon pickup: 12:30 pm-1:00pm
LUNCH:
Each camper will need to bring a packed lunch and a snack for the day. Lunches and snacks are not provided. Please do not send food that needs to be heated, prepared, or refrigerated (lunchboxes with ice packs are okay!). Your child should also have a reusable cup/water bottle for each day, we will provide refills throughout the day.
GROUND RULES:
It is our goal to ensure that each child has a safe and enjoyable experience as a participant in our program. We will always emphasize a positive way to deal with any difficult situations.
Campers must remain with their designated camp leader. They must ask permission to use the restroom, join other activities, early departure, etc. This is to ensure the safety of our campers.
Everyone is here to have fun! Bullying, dangerous play and violence will not be tolerated. Our policies on discipline include verbal warnings, one on one discussions, parent conferences and possible removal from the program.
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds, credits, or transfers after the camp session has started. This means that if your camper misses days, there are severe weather closures, or your child is dismissed from our program for any reason a refund will NOT be issued. Each session fee is due before the first day of each session. If your camper is registered for both sessions each session fee is due before the first day of each session. Campers registered for the June session’s invoices must be paid before June 24, 2024 and campers registered for the July session’s invoices must be paid before July 8, 2024. Registration fees are due upon receipt and are nonrefundable.
